JAMming Minutes

JAMming Minutes are sets of exercises that take Just A Minute! You can use them to get your kids up and off the couch, to "get the wiggles out," or just have fun together. JAM Blasts are a bit more challenging. They are 3 to 5 minute cardio work-outs. All exercises can be done at home with no special equipment. Get up and get moving!
